Blanchard Valley Center (Hancock County Board of Developmental Disabilities)

The Hancock County Board of Developmental Disabilities, locally known as Blanchard Valley Center, is the first point of contact for providing cradle-to-grave services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Hancock County. We take pride in providing people with the greatest opportunities for community inclusion in all aspects of their lives - education, employment, residential and social. Our ultimate goal is make sure that every person that we support experiences the most fulfilling life possible. As our mission states, we empower people to live lives of meaning and purpose.
