The Children's Museum of Findlay, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, has been inspiring children, connecting families, and building community through exploration, exhibits, programming, and play since we opened our doors in July 2014.
We are a museum just for kids! Located in the Findlay Village Mall, our hands-on exhibits help children aged birth to ten years old learn all about science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through a variety of activities tailored just for their learning experience.
Play matters to us because playing is critical for children as it strongly benefits their health and development mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially. CMF provides a safe place where kids can be creative and stretch their imaginations playing in our locally-focused exhibits. At CMF, kids can pretend to be a firefighter, work or shop in the grocery store, practice recycling in the recycling truck, use the farming tractors, and much more.
School groups, children with special needs, parents, caregivers, and teachers use the Museum space as a place to learn and play. Partnerships with community organizations help us provide weekly educational programming for members and non-members alike throughout the year.
